I’m incredibly pleased with my completed Seoul Blouse knit in Concordea yarn from Foster Sheep Farm. The sizing and directions for this sweater yielded a perfect fit and I learned to knit backwards for flat colorwork, which is new for me. The sweater is so good that I plan to start another in the new year and work with Fair Isle-inspired colorwork motifs by Marie Wallin.

Boba for the chilly season is golden-milk boba. For the boba layer, I used quick-cook boba in brown sugar simple syrup. For the tea layer, I steeped, then chilled a spicy Christmas tea with a bit of chili pepper in it. For the golden milk foam, I made a smoothie with one frozen banana, oat milk, freshly-grated ginger and a pinch of ground turmeric.
