Here is a link to the method I used for firm, pasta-like “noodles” that hold up well with sauces and meatballs. It is simple, fuss free, and yield truly improved results.

I kept it simple with butter and parmesan. “Spaghetti’d” very nicely but was a bit too watery even though I drained it in a colander as instructed – maybe not long enough!
