Episode 249
Test Knitters Wanted!
I have completed a draft for a toe-up sock pattern, the first in a four-pattern collection that takes its inspiration from Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ Women Who Run with the Wolves. I need test knitters for 56, 64, and 72 stitch circumference socks in solid or tonal yarn. You will have approximately one month from issue of draft pattern to complete at least one sock. Contact me via IG or Ravelry, indicating your preferred size.

Hi, Silvia. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a detailed and generous note about your podcast listening. As I sat down to post Ep 250, I discovered this and it is just the thing to remind me why it’s important to share our voices and our stories. A compliment like yours, coming from a sensitive and smart listener, is a gift indeed. I’m so pleased that you’re a listener.
Thank you Sara for another lovely episode. I have been listening for years but have seldom commented. I thoroughly enjoy your content, the melodic nature of your voice and always feel inspired to try something new. I am going to try making the wild rice pancakes and the creamy asparagus pasta as we have several people in our family who are lactose intolerant. I am intrigued by your explanation of “Women Who Run With the Wolves”. I am going to order a copy as two of my five children are young women now (the other three are adult sons) and as per your description, it would give us all much food for thought and reflection. When I discovered your podcast perhaps 3 or 4 years ago, it was so refreshing to listen to ideas that reached into my soul and settled. We are all on our own journeys and I appreciate you and your podcast being a part of mine even though we will probably never meet in person. My deepest thanks.
